1. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your order. The rest of the balance will then be due before the order is dispatched (work will not start on your order until we have received your deposit). You will receive the final bill when your order is completed, which will include postal charges (when we have received final payment Sunnymead Design Solutions will dispatch your items.

2. If an order is cancelled, all completed work must be paid for that exceeds the deposit.

3. All orders will be sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery, charges will vary upon quantity, type of goods ordered. A signature will be required upon delivery. Once dispatched Sunnymead Design Solutions accepts no responsibility for loss and damage. Local orders will be delivered free of charge.

4. Please note that due to each item being individually hand made, there will be slight differences between each item. Refunds will only be made if the stationery is found to be faulty or does not meet the clients specifications outlined at the final proof stage. Slight differences between each item are due to the handmade aspect and therefore not seen as a fault.

5. I am confident you will be happy with any products you have ordered, however please ensure I receive any complaint you may have within 7 days of receipt of goods, so action can be taken. Missing item must also be reported within 7 days.

6. Checking proofs of Sunnymead Design Solutions stationery is the responsibility of the client. The proof of acceptance must be signed and dated and returned to Sunnymead Design Solutions, sometimes its necessary, for a further proof to be issued. No order will be progressed without final approval. If there are any amendments after approval stage, it will be charged accordingly.

7. Please allow approximately 6 weeks for your order to be completed, from the time Sunnymead Design Solutions receive your final proof of acceptance. If your order is required sooner than this, please contact me before placing your order, and I am sure we can accommodate your needs.

8. Prices are subject to change without any prior notice, however any orders already confirmed will not be affected.

9. Any orders are subject to stock availability. If I experience any problems with supplies of any items used, the client will be informed and a similar item of the same quality will be suggested as a replacement.

10. All designs are covered by copyright by 'Sunnymead Design Solutions'. It is a copyright infringement to copy in full or in part, any design shown on this website and in any other material produced by Sunnymead Design Solutions.

11. Before any orders are placed with Sunnymead Design Solutions, please ensure you read, understand and accept the above Terms and Conditions.
